I declare
1. I agree to my personal data being processed by VIP HOLIDAY EOOD, EIK 203432565, Address: Pazardzhik, Al. Stam, boliyski 82 (Administrator of personal data) for a period of 11 years.
2. I agree to the processing of my personal data solely for the following purposes, namely: provision of hotel services and marketing
3. I HAVE GIVEN MY CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF MY PERSONAL DATA FREELY, SPECIFICALLY FOR THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH I HAVE INDICATED IN T.2 OF THIS DECLARATION, AND ON THE BASIS OF THE MINIMUM NECESSARY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR, ACCORDING TO ASNO ART. 13, PAR. 1 AND PAR. 2, RESPECTIVELY ACCORDING TO ART. 14 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679.
4. I agree that the administrator will provide the personal data I have submitted for processing to third parties, beyond the legal possibilities for this. (Please note that the transmission of this information is necessary for accounting and legal services, as well as the use of courier services of the Administrator.
5. I consent to my personal data being used for decision-making purposes based on automated processing, including profiling.
6. I am informed about my right to withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data at any time, in accordance with Art. 7, para. 3 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
7. I am informed about my right to request that my inaccurate personal data be corrected and/or to request that my incomplete personal data be completed, including by adding a declaration, taking into account the purposes of the processing, pursuant to Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
8. I am informed about my right to request deletion of my personal data, according to Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, when: my personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed, and that I can withdraw the consent given with the Declaration of Consent or consent to the processing of personal data , given in another way, when the Employer does not have a legal basis for processing, as well as if I consider that my personal data has been unlawfully processed by the Employer. The request to delete my personal data (or the "right to be forgotten") can be made by oral or written request, and also by electronic means.
9. I am informed about my right to request the restriction of the processing of my personal data, according to Art. 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by oral or written request and also by electronic means.
10. I am informed about my right to object to the processing of my personal data, pursuant to Art. 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
