In the event of inability to provide accommodation due to technical reasons, Holiday Lab Ltd. reserves the right to provide credit to the client within the amount paid by the client for future use of the services. The credit will be available for use within 1 calendar year. The client agrees to this and releases the company from any claims now and/or in the future.
Prepayment: A non-refundable deposit to guarantee the reservation may be requested.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation due to Force Majeure: Deposits and Payments are not refundable. The client can make their reservation up to 1 year from the cancellation.
• Fees, including reservation: 9% VAT included; 1.05 EUR tourist tax per person per night included.
Children and extra beds
up to 1.99 years sleeps for free
from up to 11.99 years 50lv is added
after 11.99 years 65lv is added.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in one room is 1.
Maximum capacity of baby beds in one room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is placed upon request, which must be confirmed by the hotel.
Costs for additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in the hotel is not allowed!
Violators are fined 200 EURO. They may be asked to leave immediately.
Damages and breakages caused by the guest are paid on site at the hotel according to the displayed price list.
Accepted Bank Cards: Visa
The hotel reserves the right to pre-block funds from your bank card until your departure.

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure manner.
When paying by card, a payment page of our servicing bank (Postal Bank) opens, where you enter your card details.
• When paying by bank card, prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN).
• Accepted cards: Visa
• Please note that your card will only be accepted if it is registered for participation in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode online authentication schemes.
• The maximum transaction amount is BGN 5,000.
• If you are registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password.
• Upon successful transaction, a transaction note is displayed on the screen, which you can print or save
Your personal information will be used by Hotel Burgas only to process your reservation.
Free! Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the hotel and its use is free of charge.
Parking - available according to occupancy, its use is paid per hour or per day. The hotel is not responsible for loss and/or damage to vehicles.
PAYMENT FOR THE ENTIRE STAY IS MADE UPON GUEST'S CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL
THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN AND/OR LOST ITEMS THAT WERE NOT LEFT FOR STORAGE IN THE HOTEL SAFE. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOMS
