Cancellation / Prepayment Cancellation: Cancellation of a reservation up to 5 DAYS before the check-in date IS POSSIBLE. In case of late cancellation or no-show, THE RESERVATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Prepayment: A non-refundable deposit may be required to guarantee the reservation.
If a refund of amounts paid by card is necessary for services contracted and provided by us, this will be done by us using the same method of payment.
All cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation due to Force Majeure: Deposits and Payments are non-refundable. The customer can use their reservation within 2 years from the cancellation.
• Fees, including booking fees: 9% VAT included; 0.77 EUR tourist tax per person per night included.

Children and Extra Beds

Up to 1.99 years old stays free of charge.
From 2 to 11.99 years old an additional charge of 50 BGN.
After 11.99 years old an additional charge of 65 BGN.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in one room is 1.
Maximum capacity of baby cots in one room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Additional services are not automatically calculated in the total price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking Policy

Smoking in the hotel is not allowed! Violators will be fined 200 EUR and may be asked to vacate immediately.
Damages caused by the guest will be charged according to the hotel's price list.

Visa

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize funds from your bank card until your departure.

Terms and Conditions

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data are encrypted and will be processed in a safe mode.
When paying by card, you will be redirected to the payment page of our servicing bank (Post Bank), where you will enter your card details.
• Prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) when paying by bank card.
• Accepted cards: Visa
• Please note that your card will only be accepted if it is registered for the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode online authentication schemes.
• The maximum transaction amount is 5,000 BGN.
• If you are registered for the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your issuing bank will open, where you will enter your authentication password.
• Upon successful transaction, a transaction receipt will be displayed on the screen, which you can print or save.

Your personal information will be used by Hotel "Burgas" solely for processing your reservation.
Cancellation is free, provided you comply with the cancellation deadline indicated in the "Cancellation / Prepayment" section.

Internet Access

Free! Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge.

Parking

Available depending on occupancy, usage is charged per hour or per day. The hotel is not responsible for losses and/or damages to vehicles.

PAYMENT OF THE ENTIRE STAY IS MADE UPON CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL

THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN AND/OR LOST ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN LEFT IN THE HOTEL SAFE.
